Nicole Griffin is a teacher, coach, writer, and mindful travel retreat leader. Nicole believes that cultivating resilience skills empowers us to venture outside of our comfort zone and welcome adventure and expansion.

In Nicole’s classes, you can expect to practice slowing down and resting while also learning practical mind-body skills. Her classes are the perfect antidote to a fast-paced and busy life and provide a sweet complement to more physically demanding activities. Everyone is welcome to join, you don’t need any prior experience.

As a coach, Nicole supports her clients to decondition fears and ‘shoulds,’ attune to their unique strengths, values, and passions, and to create a life that honors and aligns with who they are and who they want to become.

Nicole’s retreats emphasize meaningful cultural immersion and mindful travel. Intentional daily practices are infused to nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits as we adventure beyond our comfort zones.

A lifelong student, Nicole has a B.A. in Art History with a focus on Islamic Art History and an International MBA with concentrations in Arabic and Social Entrepreneurship. She has lived and studied in Turkey, Morocco, Jordan, and Lebanon and has traveled widely throughout the MENA region.

She has logged thousands of hours of coaching, yoga, somatics, and mindfulness training and is fascinated by the intersections of embodiment, social impact, culture, and behavior change.
