Private yoga sessions are designed to meet your unique needs. If you are a brand new yogi, we can start with the basics. If you are an experienced yogi, we can fine tune your practice. Or maybe you are working with injuries or limitations and need yoga lessons customized just for you!
I am trained in vinyasa, yin, restorative and trauma-informed yoga. I have also done additional trainings in mindfulness, Ayurveda, and aromatherapy. As a result, my approach is holistic and unique for each client.
