Private yoga sessions are designed to meet your unique needs. If you are a brand new yogi, we can start with the basics. If you are an experienced yogi, we can fine-tune your practice. Or maybe you are working with injuries or limitations and need yoga lessons customized just for you!

I am trained in vinyasa, yin, restorative, and trauma-informed yoga. I have also done additional training in mindfulness, somatics, and stress resilience. As a result, my approach is holistic and unique for each client.
