For Therapists + Mental Health Professionals

Nervous system skill-building and real accountability for sustainable behavior change.

You may already have someone in mind.

The client who says: “I know exactly why I do this. I just can’t seem to stop.”

They’ve had real breakthroughs in your office. They understand their patterns. They can practically watch themselves repeating the dynamic in real time.

And they’re still saying yes when they mean no. Still avoiding the conversation. Still landing in the same place, even though this time they saw it coming.

If someone came to mind, that’s who this is for.

Where my work fits

I see coaching as complementary to therapy, not a replacement for it.

Therapy is the essential space for healing, processing, and understanding oneself more deeply. My work begins once the question shifts from why do I do this to how do I actually live differently.

A client has the real conversation, holds the real boundary, makes the real decision. That experience comes back to me while it’s still fresh — so we can understand what happened, what got in the way, and what supported them. That’s where coaching offers something different: the opportunity to practice, reflect, and build the capacity to regulate under stress, interrupt familiar patterns, and stay consistent when it counts.

Many of the clients I work with continue seeing their therapist throughout coaching. I’m always happy to collaborate with a client’s treatment team when appropriate. If someone came to mind, that’s who this is for.

When to refer

This work tends to fit:

  • Insightful adults who’ve already done meaningful therapeutic work
  • Clients who understand their patterns but struggle to consistently live differently
  • People ready to practice new behaviors in the real conditions of their lives
  • Clients looking for structured, nervous system-informed support and accountability

It isn’t a fit for clients in acute crisis or those who need trauma processing, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. Therapy remains the appropriate level of care in those situations.

From Coping to Capacity

My primary referral offering is From Coping to Capacity — a three-month 1:1 coaching program for high-functioning people ready to close the gap between insight and lasting change.

Clients consistently report: having conversations they had been avoiding for months or years, making decisions they had been unable to make, setting boundaries without the guilt spiral, and no longer feeling like they’re at war with themselves.
