They feel ashamed of their anxiety, anger, shutdown, or overwhelm. They internalize dysregulation as a personal failure.

Your nervous system has been under chronic load, shaped by pressure, expectations, overstimulation, and environments that reward pushing past limits. Without understanding this, people rely on willpower and self-criticism to try to change, which only deepens exhaustion and shame.

This work helps you step out of that cycle.

In 1:1 Nervous System Coaching, we map how your system works and build the skills to support it in real time.

Over three months, you learn how to:

  • Recognize your nervous system states and triggers before they take over
  • Regulate in the moment instead of spiraling, numbing, or snapping
  • Build real capacity so stress doesn’t run your life
  • Recover more efficiently instead of staying “on” all the time
  • Reconnect with your body’s signals and trust them again
  • Replace self-criticism with understanding and choice

This is deep, personalized work that helps you feel more steady, more resourced, and more like yourself — not by forcing change, but by expanding what your system can actually hold.

This is a 3-month, high-touch coaching container designed for people who want real change, not quick fixes.

  • 9 private 60-minute coaching sessions
  • Personalized nervous system maps so you understand your patterns, triggers, and resources
  • Education and guidance on nervous system states, capacity, regulation, triggers and glimmers, vagal tone, interoception, overstimulation, and more
  • Customized somatic and mindfulness practices you can actually use in daily life
  • Cultural audio teachings that help you see the larger context and release shame
  • Ongoing Voxer support between sessions for real-time regulation, questions, and integration
  • A container that prioritizes safety, attunement, and continuity, not just insight
